GMTI Analysts / Operators

L-3 STRATIS is seeking GMTI Analyst / Operators to serve on a unique team providing near real-time exploitation and analysis of GMTI collection from innovative prototype sensors.

The GMTI analyst / Operators will: ~ Examine and exploit data produced by the prototype system and interact with military and civilian personnel ~ Generate daily assessments and observation of system performance for us by system engineers ~ Generate GMTI-based intelligence reports and products ~ Disseminate daily GMTI data to appropriate organizations ~ Monitor system performance ~ Collaborate and integrate GMTI with operational and intelligence units ~ Provide limited system maintenance as required

Experience and Education – Must be deployable to the required theater of operations – Must have a SECRET security clearance – Must have 3+ years’ experience as GMTI or intelligence analyst. Military, prior deployment experience providing intelligence support to combat operations preferred. – Bachelor of Science or Arts degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Previous military / analytical experience may substitute for education.

Imagery Analysts

The Imagery Systems Specialist will: ~ Exploit imagery and geo-spatial data from satellite and airborne systems in support of military operations. ~ Produce intelligence by studying and exploiting imagery to include visible, infrared and radar, both fixed and Moving Target Indicator (MTI) and geo spatial data. ~ Identify lines of communications (LOC) and industrial facilities. ~ Determine precise location and dimensions of objects. ~ Prepare imagery analysis reports and fused geo spatial products. ~ Provide guidance to subordinate analysts. ~ Identify avenues of approach. ~ Determine National Imagery Interpretation Rating Scale (NIIRS) of imagery. ~ Prepare detailed free text narrative and topical imagery intelligence products and reports. Senior Counterintelligence Support Specialists

SELECTION AND EMPLOYMENT CRITERIA:

Government trained counterintelligence agent with a minimum of 8 years of experience; deployed experience preferred. Supports the overall management of the Counterintelligence team and its operations. Familiar with counterintelligence support to Force Protection operation, OPSEC, SAEDA, human collection including LEP screening operations/programs. Knowledgeable of Army/Joint counterintelligence and HUMINT collection procedures, data processing systems such as CIDNE, DSOMS, CHIMS or its replacement system and SIPRNET search engines. Working knowledge of the Afghan culture; knowledge of the Dari or Pashto language a plus. Requires former MOS 35L, 351L, 97B or civilian 1811 or 0132 badged and credentialed CI Agent or DoD joint service equivalents. Requires a current Secret Clearance; TS preferred.

DUTIES:

Performs duties as necessary and facilitates the scheduling and assignment of CI and CST tasks, as appropriate coordinating with the Regional Command CJ2X, Battlespace owner S2X or the Military Intelligence (MI) commander and supported command. Supports the operational management of CI Teams and CSTs, provides CI guidance consistent with CI and supported command guidance, monitors the production of reports, and conducts Quality Control (QC) of completed reports/products and PCASS examinations. Shall ensure the smooth flow of information, between Brigade and higher echelons, as required. Develop recording mechanisms for Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) and lessons learned in the conduct of operations. Support the actions of CI Teams and CST teams as appropriate, scheduling and other administrative actions of Counterintelligence Support Specialists, as required. Coordinate with the senior intelligence official on station to ensure all CI activities are supportive of the Regional Command CJ2X, Battlespace owner S2X or the Military Intelligence (MI) commander and supported command including: proper CI support including all local employees are screened and evaluated by CI screeners and/or CSTs and CI Teams and CSTs review summaries on the daily Intelligence products for situational awareness; conduct research on all areas of operation and possess a solid awareness level of an operational area prior to mission execution.

Mission Assurance Analysts

You will build tactical and strategic network profiles of specific systems and complete network architecture. Analyze network intrusion detection systems and conduct vulnerability assessments. Develop reports and trend analysis documentation on bandwidth, network architecture, as well as network security incidents. Demonstrate operational knowledge of network intrusion devices specific to the Department of Defense as well as many commercial information assurance tools to include Internet Security Scanner (ISS), Cisco Security Agent (CSA), SecureWave, and other zero-day personal firewall and security agents. Implement a variety of virtual private network (VPNs) both software (IPSec) and hardware solutions.

Create and manage network intrusion devices specific to DoD as well as many commercial information assurance tools to include Certification Authority (CA) and a variety of virtual private networks (VPNs) both software and hardware.

System Engineers

L-3 STRATIS has an immediate opportunity for the right individual to join our team providing outstanding IT Support to the USAFCENT Network Operations Security Center (NOSC). This opportunity serves as the customers on-site IT support technician at Shaw Air Force Base in South Carolina. It requires a candidate with a strong technical background, but also with good communications skills to interface with the client, military, and NOSC users.

You’ll perform installation and administration of PC and Server in a client-server environment. Optimize LAN operations at both network and systems level. Configure Dynamic Host Control Protocol (DHCP), Windows Internet Naming Service (WINS), Dynamic and Integrated Domain Name Service (DNS), and Active Directory (AD) principles. Apply proper security measures to safeguard government LAN as closed networks or when integrated in to an Enterprise environment. Contractor will use Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) technology for network and systems access. Contractor’s knowledge of PK Enabled systems will be sufficient to be able to assist deployed users with the migration and daily use of the technology.

Install, maintain, configure and optimize Microsoft PC and Network Operating Systems, to include 9.X, NT and 2000 series kernels. Integrate and apply third-party software/applications with Microsoft’s OS. Understand AD principles at Forrest and domain levels, and apply these principles at various levels for of the AD tree, including containers, and leave objects. Apply and troubleshoot Group Policies Objects (GPO) in an AD environment. Apply applicable security measures to properly safeguard government systems operating Microsoft OS.

Job Duties:
